Tepeo is an environmentally friendly heating company founded in the UK, dedicated to addressing climate change by revolutionizing home heating systems. Established in 2018, the company aims to make heating carbon-free, affordable, and accessible for all. Its innovative Zero Emission Boiler (ZEB), launched in 2021, offers a low-cost, low-carbon alternative to fossil fuels, providing users with a simple yet smart way to heat their homes. As Tepeo expands its network of tepeoPRO installers across the UK, it remains committed to helping households reduce their reliance on gas and oil, driving a sustainable future for home heating.

The client requires two distinct videos for their groundbreaking product, the ZEB, an innovative heating solution that sustainably generates and stores heat. The first video will explain the product’s internal mechanism, while the second will showcase its overall usage in a modern UK-style apartment, tailored to the target audience’s scenarios. The challenge, therefore, is to balance engaging visuals with a clear explanation of how the product works and its benefits to customers. Naturality consulted with their engineers, who provided detailed technical information. Our task is to simplify this complex information to ensure that viewers can easily understand it.

After understanding the client’s needs, we recognized the importance of efficiently showcasing the product’s mechanisms and value through creative visual communication. We engaged in several discussions with Tepeo’s engineers to grasp the technical details, which allowed us to simplify complex information. Given that the ZEB is an innovative green thermal storage heating system, we chose a vibrant color palette for the 3D rendering video to illustrate the conversion, transmission, and application of thermal energy. Additionally, we incorporated chit-chat-like pop-up animations to highlight key points and innovations during operation, enabling the product’s features to engage with the audience and helping viewers appreciate its uniqueness.
