iFLYTEK, founded in 1999 and based in Hefei, China, is a global leader in artificial intelligence and speech technology. With a strong focus on research and development, iFLYTEK continues to pioneer advancements in AI, shaping industries and supporting initiatives like smart cities and personalized education. The company is known for its innovations in voice recognition, natural language processing, and AI-driven applications, offering solutions in education, healthcare, and translation. Its consumer products, including AI translators, smart learning tools, and medical diagnostic systems, are widely adopted worldwide.

iFLYTEK partnered with Naturality Digital to produce TVC videos and images for its AI smart translator, targeting global markets. As a flagship product of iFLYTEK, this device stands out for both its identical features and user-centric design. Its offline translation, in-photo translation and split-screen translation functions are among its most impressive highlights. The key challenge of this project was to accurately identify the target audience, emotionally communicate how the product fits seamlessly into diverse real-life scenarios, multilingual contexts, and effectively showcase its unique value and strengths.

We engaged in in-depth discussions with the client and conducted extensive research and brainstorming around multilingual usage scenarios. We therefore finalized the storyline and identified four key user scenarios to comprehensively demonstrate how the product meets the needs of target users in various environments and multilingual contexts. Additionally, to ensure a cohesive narrative, we carefully structured the storyline and pacing, making sure the product’s key features were effectively showcased within the limited time frame.
