IceWhale Tech, born from the Maker Movement, transitioned from crafting 3D printers to designing DIY computer boards in 2020. The launch of ZimaBoard garnered rapid acclaim for CasaOS on GitHub, representing the company’s vision of democratized, open-source cloud rights. IceWhale collaborates with Naturality to create scenario content for their two flagship products, ZimaBoard (a low-cost single board server) and Cyberize One (an all-purpose adapter), to visually communicate the robust performance and versatile applications of these products. The challenge lies in translating intricate technical features into visually compelling content that resonates with the audience. Building a seamless bridge between the brand and consumers in a way that ensures clarity and engagement is no small feat.

While conducting in-depth study on both products, Naturality’s creative team also proposed to the client the addition of a set of studio shots. The advantage of this approach lies in expanding the richness of product images within the budget—showcasing not only products’ functions in real-life scenarios, but also presenting visually striking Hero images, emphasizing the product’s “innovative technology” essence. This multi-dimensional perspective provides a comprehensive display of the product, and also provides greater flexibility and versatility in promotion and advertisement on the internet.
