iFLYTEK, founded in 1999 and based in Hefei, China, is a global leader in artificial intelligence and speech technology. With a strong focus on research and development, iFLYTEK continues to pioneer advancements in AI, shaping industries and supporting initiatives like smart cities and personalized education. The company is known for its innovations in voice recognition, natural language processing, and AI-driven applications, offering solutions in education, healthcare, and translation. Its consumer products, including AI translators, smart learning tools, and medical diagnostic systems, are widely adopted worldwide.

iFLYTEK partnered with Naturality Digital to produce promotional videos and images for its AI smart recorder, targeting overseas markets. The project focused on showcasing the product’s advanced features, such as offline AI voice recognition, smart recording, transcription, multilingual processing, and auto-summarization. The key challenge was to identify realistic user scenarios that convey the product’s benefits while resonating with global audiences.

To address the core challenge, we conducted user research and created three realistic scenarios: business meetings, learning environments, and outdoor settings without network access. These scenes highlighted how the product addresses specific user needs. To emphasize its global applicability, we cast eight actors from diverse cultural backgrounds, whose interactions with the product demonstrated versatility. This approach showcased the product’s advanced features while resonating with an international audience.
