Offering a paid product in a market filled with numerous free digital services is certainly a daunting challenge for any marketing campaign. This was the case for M2 Translator, which was about to propose itself in an extremely wide and diverse product landscape at a price that many competitors were not asking for.
Starting with an in-depth analysis of audience reactions on past campaigns of both the client and some other competitors, Naturality reached a new level of product self-awareness that could elevate the user experience, in a rational and objective way while highlighting how other free services could not have done so as efficiently.
