In the early stage, we conducted in-depth research across the global e-bike landscape, including product positioning, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements across key markets, to define a clear international direction for Flux X26.
Before scaling, we launched small-budget validation campaigns to test landing page conversion performance, messaging, and audience response, helping reduce risk before larger media investment.
Given the category’s strong reliance on credibility and real-world riding validation, the campaign focused heavily on vertical creators, motorcycle media, and performance-driven content. Creative strategy centered around two key pillars: the bike’s motorcycle-inspired design language and its hidden-performance appeal. Throughout the campaign, creative assets were continuously refreshed and optimized to maintain momentum and audience engagement.
On the conversion side, we designed a custom crowdfunding experience built around progressive storytelling, balancing technical explanation, lifestyle positioning, and purchase motivation. After launch, we further expanded the campaign through community building and social engagement, creating strong organic discussion and early-stage brand trust.
The project ultimately raised over $2.7M on Kickstarter, attracted more than 1,233 global backers, achieved the #1 ranking in the E-bike category, and set a new historical record within its segment.
